This week we're chatting with Chris Orr who's a real estate agent with Savills Real Estate in Sydney. Chris is a little bit unusual in that he works with the prestige property market, so properties that are transacting in excess of $10 million sometimes. So we have a chat to him about the differences between the high-end residential property and your average property market, what the difference in the drivers are and how properties are marketed differently in the high-end space. He gives us some great advice on the Sydney market and where he sees that going, we talk about the post-election landscape and how APRA changes are going to influence the property market. He highlights some areas that he's looking to, across the country, which have good investment potential and some of his strategies for minimizing risk and selecting high-quality investment grade assets as well.
