The impact of STEM, diversity and the environment on 21st Century careers is not what it seems. Contrary to social culture and popular opinion, women's careers are not at a disadvantage. In fact, most forms of technology (information, engineering and science), along with demographic and environmental change, have increased the need for the human in all of us. For example, as tech focuses more on human application and human interface, certain fields in humanities such as communications, project management and the design interface are in high demand.
