With numerous years in his field, Richard is currently the leader of coach education, research & development at the University of Winchester. He draws upon and reflects on his role and those he has worked most closely with to drop some serious value bombs under the umbrella today. We start off by diving into a coaches skill set and ask Richard what role they can/should play in primary PE. There was (and continues to be) an interesting debate around this and Richard shares his thoughts.
