And while it’s been decades since the book was first published, those words about the importance of communication are more relevant than ever. Neal Batra is a consultant with Deloitte. He’s a Principle in Deloitte’s Life Sciences and Healthcare practice. Much of his work as a consultant revolves around effective communication.
