In trying to gain mastery over my mind I allowed myself to have a glance at my journey. It's not productive to look into the past and shame yourself for what you didn't achieve, but it can be powerful to find patterns. Today I am sharing an analogy of the ocean waves and the shallow and deep ends we may find ourselves in at different phases of our development and growth.
