In today's episode of "The Fit Over 40 Challenge" I name 20 things that I am grateful for that happened in 2020! Don't get me wrong it was a tough and challenge year. I know many people who suffered all sorts of hardships but I reflected back and came up with 20 things that I was grateful for in 2020! Plus, a bonus item to bring in 2021.
