We were taking part in the virtual Mitocanada Spinathon and my goal was to ride for 180 Km riding the Hawaii Ironman Bike course Virtually in my basement.
Many No Limits athletes were joining me and I thought this could be an interesting time to record a podcast.
Please forgive my deep breathing....I was riding my bike.
The audio is a bit low but the content is good.
