You're spending an hour training your team and relying on them to go out with the same level of confidence as you or duplicate what you’re doing.
This is a huge problem when it comes to DUPLICATION, though, because your team, especially the new people, are not as good as you. They cannot even imagine knowing this information and being able to train on it or use it with prospects like you do.
And this is the reason why they are failing.
