On today’s episode I am talking about reentering after a long quarantined year. Why it is important to not assume that you are the same person you were when you went into quarantine. You may think that you are the same because you have been with yourself all this time. It is hard to detect change when you are in constant interaction with yourself. I am going to ask you to consider that you are different.
Reentry back to life is going to feel like you have just left a dark room and you walked into a very sunny world without your sunglasses. Even that is a gross understatement of what life reentry is after being in the Waiting Room for such a long time. Enjoy this solo episode and make sure you go out and experiment with something new. Something new and something easy. Sunglasses won’t be enough for the effect of the sun light on your eyes after being in the darkness for what felt like an eternity.
