Sheila is the co-founder of the premium fitness and yoga bag brand, Live Well 360, which is taking the fitness world by storm. Live Well 360 has been featured in various top fitness publications including Oxygen Magazine, Men's Health, Shape, and on Livestrong.com, to name a few. In addition, Sheila has created a program for women called Rock Your Dream Body based off of her own weight loss journey, which helps women end emotional eating and self-sabotage so they can get their dream body and feel amazing in their own skin.
