Sometimes husbands act out sexually... apart from their wife... in the context of their marriage. For many men the default mechanism for acting out is internet porn and masturbation. But many men then escalate to other acting out behaviors... including cyber sex... strip clubs... massage with a "happy ending"... prostitutes... and affairs.
