Burnout is a really important topic to us. We are passionate about helping therapists avoid it or overcome it, so we were really excited to have Dr. Maltais on the show to discuss his experience with healthcare burnout, what he’s done to go “into remission” and what you can do to recognize it for yourself and treat it. Although there are definite differences in the medical profession vs therapy profession, many of the underlying principles span across the disciplines.
