No one likes confrontation but everyone can benefit from it.
Healthy confrontation is about taking something that is broken or out of balance and making it whole again.
In this week's episode, I share a story of a client who confronted an issue three years too late and what the by-product of doing that was. I also get into my own checkered history with the subject.
