If you’ve ever found yourself being super skeptical - thinking or saying things like “this won’t work for me” - then you’re in the right place.
First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.
What’s one thing I’m grateful for? What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal? What’s something that’s working well for me right now? What’s something that’s not working well for me right now? How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?Have you ever caught yourself saying things like “this won’t work for me” before you’ve even tried it?
If yes, I encourage you to stop next time you think or feel that way about something.
Maybe it WILL work for you IF you allow yourself to find out HOW it can work for you.
Not everything has to look one certain way. Figure out how it can work for you, and you might just find a whole new world of opportunities and possibilities!
