Michael Platner serves as Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice Group. Michael also has founded or been an early stage investor in several businesses, particularly in software, internet infrastructure and cloud computing. Empathizing with the role of the client, he believes that a transactional lawyer adds the most value by fully understanding the business strategy and the "deal" so as to be able to suggest creative strategies and alternatives.
