Tofu Shinjo Nuggets? Bet you can't say that 3 times fast. If you can though, you're probably Japanese. McDonald's in Japan just rolled out their newest item; tofu, vegetable and fish nuggets. Served along with a new ginger dipping sauce the nuggets are probably the more normal things you can find on McDonald's menus across the world.

The colors Duke, the colors!! Ok so 90's commercial references aside, Spanish Physicist Manuel Linares, has created
Xamaleón -- as in, chameleon -- an ice cream that starts out as a
periwinkle blue and gradually morphs into hues of purple and pink. It's awesome! Not quite sure how but slight temperature changes in the wind or the heat from your mouth change the color of the ice cream but not the flavor, so...so curious.
