Do You Want To Get Better?

Jessie is a 2014 graduate of Hays High School and was a member of Chamber Singers and President of National Honor Society. In this interview, Jessie reminds all of us about three important ingredients to "getting better."

1. Preparation -- Jessie took the initiative to find vocal coaches that could help  prepare her to reach her goals. One of those goals was having a successful Chamber Singer audition.

2.  Pain -- that's right! Jessie realized "no pain no gain." Shy by nature, she had to take a risk in order to "get better."  Being in front of people in situations like an audition or public speaking terrified her.  She took the risk and got out of her comfort zone. 

3.  Persistance -- Jessie is a hard worker! Jessie didn't give up.
