Pavan is a physician and talks about how he shed 30lbs recently at 45 years old. This is Pavan's second time losing at least 30lbs and is now committed to getting in the best shape of his life. Interestingly, Pavan said he didn't learn much about nutrition in all his schooling while becoming a doctor.
