Audrey's Bio:
As the founder and CEO of netlogx, Audrey has served in the information technology discipline for over 25 years. Audrey is a true visionary and strategist, complex business challenges are her forte. Her unique skills extend into the areas of client relationship management, sales, service delivery, and staff development.
Since founding netlogx 16 years ago she has led by example seeing it grow from a local organization here in Indianapolis to a thriving business active in 8 states and starting to develop a European presence. She is proud that as netlogx has grown she has been able to maintain the company culture as recently demonstrated by the staff recognition as a Best Companies to Work for 2014. Her vision is for an inclusive organization that leverages a wide range of talent challenged to think differently purposefully creating a culture that is Diverse by Design.
In her role as a consultant, she participated in high level operational initiatives, including infrastructure design, process re-engineering, turnaround management, and reorganization. Her focus has been on data and its provenance, providing organizations with practical and pragmatic approaches to understanding the key role data and data governance plays in leveraging data into actionable information. Big Data before it was called Big Data.
Originally from the UK Audrey’s IT background began with insurance, finance, and human resource industries. Her experience over the past 20 years has been focused in the health and human services sectors.
Contributing back to the community Audrey has focused her efforts to support women and diversity. She serves on the Board of the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She is also active on the Boards of the International School of Indiana and Women & Hi Tech.
Interests:
Outside of the office Audrey loves to travel with her husband Nick and sons Tom and Harry, and she’s an avid reader, and enjoys movies, and when time allows, baking and knitting.
