Coach Andrew Caldwell who is the head strength coach for the Spartanburg Vikings. He was most recently at Woodruff high school for the last 7 years. So he will be starting a new chapter in his life of being the new high school strength coach. Coach Caldwell talks about his program and an awesome athlete grading system he has implemented for his student athletes. It works so well, he has not had to change anything since he first started it.
