Ep. 19: My Family Builders (http://www.myfamilybuilders.com/) is a wooden doll toy set intended to allow children to design and build a family as diverse as their own creativity can imagine.
Listen as the founder of My Family Builders, toy designer, EZ Karp, talks about his background as a Jewish man from Argentina, how he became a toy designer, what prompted him to create My Family Builders, and the Clark Doll Test (and others like it), which inspired and inspires him to make these dolls available to kids everywhere so that they can build the characters and families of their choosing. Traditional doll sets impose limitations on a child’s imagination, which can have lasting effects. MyFamilyBuilders removes these restrictions and opens their eyes to a world of possibilities.
