Kate Krumsieg joined the HSN social team in September 2013. As Senior Manager of Social Media Marketing at HSN she leads social strategy across all platforms and integration of social media content into the business’ digital and on-air properties. She enjoys the challenge of working in marketing’s newest frontier, and loves that social media serves as a dynamic two-way street where the consumer has an active role in shaping business and news. She is energized by the democratic nature of that process and the potential it holds for empowering consumers to express what they really want and for businesses to respond in kind. Kate graduated the State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Journalism in 2002 and has worked as a reporter, SEO specialist and manager, publicist and marketing manager.
