There should be tracking and measurement. - Kim states that there should not be any marketing, selling, advertisements if is no accurate tracking on investments or accountability. Each dollar sent out should come back with more and or meet predetermined objectives. There will be follow-up. - Often Kennedy finds more holes in the bucket, then you actually have bucket.
