The next step is most likely a phone conversation. Remain humble, and don’t make assumptions you have a hot lead. Ask “Tell little bit about your situation?” This creates trust between both parties. At the end of your discussion, ask “Where do you think we should go from here?” Ari suggest that conversation, tone and the words you use will determine rather you have successfully converted your prospect.
