Todays guest is a TEDx speaker, he just signed on to work with John O’Sullivan at Changing the Game Project, he has been a soccer coach for over 26 years and he is the Executive Director of the STARS soccer club in Cincinnati – he is Coach Reed Maltbie, they call him Coach Reed – and he dropped some coaching bombs today – in the 2nd quarter he teaches us about scaffolding and the 4T model for coaching, and later in the 2nd quarter where he talks about how to reduce stress by reducing constraints.
