Justin Su'a is a Mental Performance and Leadership Coach who is currently a Mental Skills Coordinator for the Boston Red Sox. In this interview, Justin talks about how elite athletes and high performers have a unique relationship with failure. He talks extensively about that in this interview as well as other insights he has had working as the Former Head of Mental Conditioning at the IMG Academy and with the US Army.
