No. It was probably one of the first words you learned to say, and had no problem doing so... but what about now? Have you lost your conviction in saying No to things and people who don't uplift you? At some point, a pattern of behavior stops working for us and it makes us anxious or uncomfortable, and a new need arises to say “No” to things we have been saying “Yes” to for a long time.
