Tamir Rice was a 12 year-old black child with a toy playing in the park. Someone called the cops on him, cops with emotional issues killed him within seconds of their arrival - on video - yet nobody will ever be punished. The cops are still cops.
Wesley Lowery (@WesleyLowery), who covers police brutality/race issues for the Washington Post, helps us put this case, and the issue in general, in perspective.
