Nia completed her degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville and she’s earned a load of awards including being listed as one of The 100 Most Influential People in Health and Fitness by Greatist.com.
In this episode, Nia share’s her story about how she suffered from binge eating cycles and disordered eating. She explains how it came about but most importantly, the steps she took to beat it!
