Beyond the Basics Health Academy welcomes Keith Hutchings from Australia.
Keith has been involved with men’s groups for over 20 years. He is passionate about the importance of mental health for men through forming a community. He states that he would not be where he is with his physical health if he hadn’t been concurrently working on his mental health. It is vital for a man to have a safe place to talk about the difficulties of being a parent, relationships, being in a workplace with many dysfunctional co-workers, and family issues.
