456: Dr. Ellen Hendriksen Helps You Understand Your Self Worth

Dr. Ellen Hendriksen is a clinical psychologist at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) and the host of the Savvy Psychologist Podcast on the Quick and Dirty Tips Network on iTunes and Stitcher.

She graduated from Brown University, earned her Ph.D. at UCLA, and completed her training at Harvard Medical School.  In her clinic, she treats everything from depression to trauma to hoarding, but she has a special place in her heart for anxiety disorders. She is also an active research scientist and develops therapy programs for individuals and families. With such an impressive background it is easy to see why her advice has helped thousands whether it be in her research, her practice or on the podcast.  I am very grateful to welcome Dr Ellen Hendriksen to ZEN commuter.
