I am autistic and have always been very hypersensitive. Your books have really changed my life and dramatically decreased my symptoms. So I was wondering if there was any more advice you could give me on things that can help lessen hyper-sensitivity. Thank you.

Hi Kimberly! I love you so much! You are beautiful inside and out and such a huge inspiration to me. I notice my skin breaks out when I get stressed about life, especially my school work. Any tips on de-stressing? Any herbs or aromatherapy tricks to de-stress? What do you do to de-stress?

I'm so happy and grateful that you are back with more podcasts; I absolutely love them, and usually listen to them while I'm tackling the dishes. As for my question, I've experienced for myself that citrus fruits can aggravate allergies and eczema. I love hot lemon water and anything with lemon, but my body is just not happy with it.  Do you have an alternative for water and lemon? I'm trying hot water with apple cider vinegar now, which doesn't taste as good, but maybe has some of the same benefits?

I am 40 lbs. overweight. When I lose these 40, will I have to eat less than someone who has never been overweight to keep the weight off? Do our bodies remember the weight? (ex: quitting smoking, if I have one since quitting, I'm hooked again.)
