In the game of expansion, what ends up happening is that there are days that we just don’t feel like doing the required work we committed to.
This is normal.
If you want to have it all, you must get used to “I don’t feel like it” and push through.
Here’s the dirty truth:
Most of the times you won’t feel like it.
There is opposition in all things, but once you get radically clear in what you want and resolve to acting decisively in spite of thoughts, feelings, emotions, and moods.
Some days you won’t feel like doing the work, but all you need to remember is to take the first step.
Do the work regardless.
I think back to my WHY. Why did I think this? Why did I commit to this? I hone in on that holy cause and because I committed, I push forward. Despite unwanted thoughts and feelings, the more you do the required work, the more powerful you become and you begin to create a life of real results.
Ask yourself:
* What is it that I don’t feel like doing today?
* Why did I commit to this item, even though I don’t feel like doing it?
* What can I do today to shift not feeling like doing something to being motivated to get it done?
It doesn’t matter what your past was. Leave it there; be honest about where you are today and learn to do things regardless of how you feel.
