33: How to Develop a Mission Statement
If you are a business owner, you had best have a mission statement. If you do not, you’re missing a key fundamental of business. A mission statement is the reason you get out of bed in the morning and are excited to do what you do.
When you’re clear on YOUR mission statement, it will provide you with the fuel to keep your passion burning inside as well as making it clear to potential and existing clients what your mission is.
The four keys to a mission statement are:
Aim(s) of your coaching business Key target market Contribution to the industry Distinction
