It's here, the first-ever Michigan Runner Girl Weekend! Heather and co-host Pam Carrigan spill all the details of this up north weekend getaway, set for April 22-24 at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Acme, near Traverse City. Running, rest, relaxation and rejuvenation -- this is what you'll experience when you join Heather, Pam and fellow Michigan Runner Girls for this all-inclusive weekend. Kelly Yauk, a runner and the e-marketing manager for the Resort, joins Heather and Pam on the show to talk about the activities planned for the weekend. She also shares information about the Resort's beautiful accommodations (gorgeous views and newly-renovated rooms in the Tower) and amenities (spa treatment, anyone?). The MRG Weekend is open to all women with an interest in connecting with other women who enjoy living healthy, active lifestyles.
