I just finished reading Keto Clarity and I have two words for you...THANK YOU! I'm on day seven of my new ketogenic lifestyle and I feel like a million bucks! I have great energy, mental clarity, and a great general sense of well being. I'm writing because I have a question for you and the Doc. I’m having a non-surgical fat reduction procedure called Cool Sculpting done where an nurse applies large applicators to localized areas of the body and freezes the fat cells for about an hour so they will die, become metabolized, and then eliminated from the body. Do you know of any negative ramifications of this procedure while in ketosis? What impact will it have on my ketone levels? Have you ever been asked this question? My guess is no, as this is a fairly new procedure. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Sarah
