Don't be scared by the show title. Nick IS writing "controversial" books like Sam Wilson, Captain America, and Avengers stand off, but that gives the chance to discuss the whole CA cast of characters and how the Cap mantle is perceived when Sam wears it. 

The Marvel event Avengers Standoff has it's own political undertones as the agents of SHIELD take a radical approach to keeping prisoners.
