Author Chris Guillebeau urges us to conduct our own daily evaluation. At the end of the day, ask yourself, "Did today matter?" and answer that question. The goal is to have as many days as possible that are positive, minimize the negative, and build a streak on it. If you spend a little time looking within yourself on these “life evaluations” it will certainly help you live with gratitude. And that starts making a big difference in your personal life going forward.
