What do you get when you mash up graffiti, grit, tradition, magic, nature and tiny trees? That's Decked Out: From Scroll to Skateboard, premiering at Federal Way's own Pacific Bonsai Museum this month. It's probably the biggest concept art exhibition ever created around here and it's going to be crazy cool.
This bonus episode is an exclusive interview with PBM Curator Aarin Packard and Seattle street artists Angelina Villalobos and Sam Wallis, all part of the ridiculously creative team bringing this exhibit to life. We talk origin stories, sacred scrolls, lanky trees with crazy tendrils and a time when being a number is a good thing.
Thanks to Aarin, Angelina, Sam and PBM for their time and generosity.
