What do you do when you're having a bad day?
Here are some ideas:
1.) Evaluate: does something need to change?
2.) Ask forgiveness (if needed)
3.) Feel your feelings and let them flow through you, cry if
needed.
4.) Reminder: We see a few pieces of the puzzle but if we could see
the box top (the big picture) we'd be amazed.
