I LOVE having conversations about transformations, in which we go from one sate of being to another that makes us better.
How?
One step at a time.
You don't need a LOT of information to transform; that actually leads to a lot of resistance.
The beginners will need a lot of information, but the focus needs to always be of looking at the next step after accomplishing the current step.
Distinguish what's right in front of you and make it clear.
In order to ride a bike, you need to achieve momentum; the same goes for accomplishing transformation.
There's a part of our brain that produces thoughts, feelings, emotions and moods that don't serve us, but as we train our reactions to become in our favor, we will stop playing small and start playing good.
I call it the lizard brain.
It doesn't want us to grow; it wants us to stay the same and where it's comfortable. This lizard brain doesn't think that trying to become better is needed.
The simple path is to stop doing what isn't serving you.
If you want to get to the results faster, be who you need to be.
Productive people do what they say they're going to do.
They just do it.
They don't think things to death. They DO.
Across the board, successful and powerful people don't think themselves out of accomplishing their goals; they take one step at a time towards the end.
There's no magic behind any part of this process of transformation. Become aware and then make the choice to transform your life by speaking and living the truth.
Do what you say you're going to do.
It's really THAT simple.
Get it done.
Study less and do more. It doesn't do any good to read dozens of books if you're not implementing them into your life.
Ask yourself:
* Can I operate out of space instead of time by focusing on accomplishing my goals one step at a time?
* What is something that I have been holding myself back because I've been overwhelmed?
* What is one step I can do today to help me move a bit closer to transformation?
If you stop looking for more information and start living what you say you're going to do, amazing things happen.
