On the outside edges of my fountain, I'm sitting here thinking and looking around at my neighborhood in sunny Southern California.
6 years ago I was before a judge filing for bankruptcy, having to sell my Super Bowl ring, and all of these other trials that have given me a deeper appreciation for the beauty in my life now.
Be open that even the most difficult trials can give us the strength to prosper.
Adversity is NECESSARY.
How else did you think you were going to grow?!
There is a divine plan for each one of us to have eternal expansion.
Facing trials are vital to our becoming what we are supposed to be.
Life will deliver obstacles and the sooner that you accept and embrace the concept that you're going to be challenged, the stronger we will become as we see the VALUE behind every situation in our life.
EMBRACE THE ADVERSITY AS A GIFT.
Can you do that?
It's a slow death of misery embracing frustration instead of seeing our challenges as divine gifts made to make us stronger.
Some of the greatest gifts are hidden as seeds of growth in our adversity.
Be thankful for our adversities, which doesn't mean that they don't hurt.
We need to embrace and trust everything that's part of our life. We have lessons in it all.
GET STRONGER FROM THE ADVERSITY.
You have to consciously choose to get better by extracting the lesson and use it as a stepping stone to getting better.
I have learned through adversity to trust God more and take care of my body. I have learned to be wise with the money that I make and show stewardship. I have learned to take a bold stand to have the courage to start again.
Ask yourself:
* Do I accept the adversities in my life?
* Am I willing to tackle the trials in my life with an attitude to rise above?
* What am I supposed to learn from the trials and challenges in my life?
If you will deliberately choose to get better from the adversities that WILL come upon you, it becomes a gift and something that will deliver that gift at the time you most need it.
