As I sat down on the beach the other day, I observed all of these sights and sounds, reminded of a time in my life that I had to draw a line in the sand in order to move forward.
In 2003, I could not walk and had to make the decision that I was done with football and moved on.
Fast forward to 2010, and I had to file for Class 7 Bankruptcy after the recession occurred, and began knocking on doors in order to make ends meet.
What will it take to shift from that which is not serving us like being glued to our cell phones and draw a line in the sand for something like a tech black-out every day or weekend from such and such time.
When the pain is SO great and you can no longer do it anymore, you stop pretending and begin making steps towards moving forward.
YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE AND ALTER YOUR LIFE.
The real question is: Will you?
Ask yourself:
* What does "enough is enough" look like for me?
* At one point in my life do I give up the stories that I can't do something and replace it with what I CAN do?
* What will it take to state enough is enough?
Find one part of your life today that you will draw a figurative line in the sand and you will NEVER go back.
