I recently did an interview on the podcast a Mind for Fitness with Eian Carlin, which was a fun interview for me to do, I got to share some of my thoughts about losing weight and making lifestyle and habit changes to eat more healthfully and to exercise consistently. During the show this question came up a couple of times, what do you tell people that have to lose that last 10 pounds but can’t seem to lose it?
