I always learn something watching the Olympics. If you pay attention you will learn so much about life, hope, motivation, willpower, strength both mentally and physically, passion, purpose, discipline, perseverance, and more. Olympic athletes possess all those traits but so do warriors. I have some many lessons I learned from the 2016 Rio Olympics but I’m going to narrow it down to the top 3 and how it will help you become a stronger warrior.
