Do "savory" fruits like cucumber, bell peppers, and tomatoes digest the same as sweet fruits? Can I eat them with sweet fruits, or should they be eaten 30 minutes after? Lastly, do I need to wait 3-4 hours after eating denser foods like starches or nuts before I can eat cucumbers and tomatoes?

Love your podcasts and your positive outlook on life. As I work in an office, I'm not active during the day. After my lunch, which I try to keep small and healthy, I often crash in the afternoon and feel completely drained.
