Deborah Sharn talks with actress/director Linda Kennedy who is directing Upstream Theater’s first show of their 12th season, SUSPENDED in St. Louis. This is the world premiere of SUSPENDED written by Israeli playwright Maya Arad Yasur. This tightly paced drama shows two refugees washing windows of a skyscraper in a western city, suspended between a world they can see but cannot join, between a past scarred by violence and an uncertain future.
SUSPENDED opens in St. Louis October 7th and runs through October 23rd at the Kranzberg Arts Center.
