His unique agency perspective – having worked at a small digital firm, an independent full-service marketing agency, and a massive holding company – is what inspired Joe to help marketers find agencies that are the most proficient in their respective discipline. Before AgencySparks, Joe spent six years at Engauge, an independent marketing agency that was acquired by the Publicis Groupe in late 2013 and merged with Moxie USA. As Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, he landed high-profile clients like Cisco Systems, Newell Rubbermaid, AMC Theatres, Hanesbrands, Food Lion, Supercuts, Turner Broadcasting, and Chick-fil-A.
