Al Williamson just crushed it last week in a class I hosted in Oklahoma City. As another property manager said “Good class last night. Thank you for bringing in such a qualified speaker”. Al is the airbnb expert and has written couple courses and books on the hot subject of short term rentals. Al has been pushing me for years to convert one of my units over to airbnb so I finally made the jump.
