We talk about some new obstacles, and obstacles no longer at Tough Mudder, such as the new Arctic Enema 3.0 and why it scared me so bad as well as Electro Shock Therapy and some experiences there. Sean talks about fear and how it applies in Tough Mudder and why it really is a good thing.
